Understanding
The Problem
Damco Canada was facing difficulty in managing their multiple Third Party Recruitment agencies. They were looking for a solution where they can manage all the agencies and all the workers coming though these agencies. Plus, this system need to have analytics to measure performance of individual workers, departments and agencies.
The Solution
We Built
After our discovery call we figured it out that the software would need multiple dashboards for all the entities involved.Final version has 5 different dashboards, QR code ID cards for workers and a strong Auth process using 2 factor authentication for all the involved parties.
